Our glamping bunkies are new but rustic (no plumbing), with air conditioner/heater, bunkbeds, linens, loft, BBQ & basic cookware, mini fridge, deck, parking for 1 passenger vehicle.
New Shower House with flush toilets and sink (May to Sept)
Charming outhouse (year-round) and outdoor shower (May to Sept) also available.
Wifi available for light surfing (not downloads or streaming). Strong 4G signal for hotspotting.
Sites 7 and 9 Campers have their own kitchenettes and washrooms. (Campers open May to Sept only).
NOTE: We are a quiet spot for families and couples, NOT a party spot.
Quiet time 10pm-7am.
We are a small, quiet private campground, perfect for families and retirees who want a glimpse of homesteading. If you love animals, this is the place for you! We have horses, pigs, dogs, cats, goats, poultry, sheep, and more - they are all very friendly and welcome visitors to their year-round home.
Lake of the Woods is only a mile away and boasts some of the best fishing anywhere.
It's only a 3-minute hike to quiet Rabbit Lake for paddling, fishing and swimming. 20-minute walk to Garrow Park public beach, playground, & pickleball courts. Hike or bike on woodsy trails right from your campsite.
Fire pits available in the common areas, and free firewood.
Kayaks, fishing gear available for guest use & included in your stay.
Two dogs per site allowed, with a pet fee (friendly, leashed, quiet and attended please; no dogs in horse/farm area for insurance & safety purposes).
No smoking inside the rentals please, and use a can for your butts outside - not on the ground or in any fire pits.
Downtown Kenora is a 20-30 minute walk (2km) for dining, shopping, entertainment and other urban services.
Our little farm and campground are tucked into the woods, and you won't believe you are still right in town.
We are only a mile off the TransCanada Highway, between Hwy 17 and Hwy 17A bypass.
