Lake of the Woods is only a mile away and boasts some of the best fishing anywhere. We can refer you to guides.

Only a 3-minute hike to quiet Rabbit Lake for paddling, fishing and swimming. 20-minute walk to Garrow Park public beach, playground, & pickleball courts. Hike or bike on woodsy trails right from your campsite.

If you bring your horse or quad and want to explore miles of remote Boreal forest trails with horse swimming opportunities, we can direct you where to trailer out to for a day's outing.

Fire pits available, and free firewood in 2021.

Use of fat bikes, kayaks, fishing gear included.

Two pets per site allowed (friendly, leashed, quiet and attended please; no pets in horse/farm area for safety). Pet fee $20/stay.

Downtown Kenora is within walking distance for dining, shopping, entertainment and other urban services.

Our little farm and campground are tucked into the woods, and you won't believe you are still right in town.

Unplug and unwind! Guest wifi is not provided, (so that people go outside and play!) but there is a full 4G signal for when you need to use it.

We are only a mile off the TransCanada Highway, between Hwy 17 and Hwy 17A bypass.

Our eco-efforts: We provide guests with compost pails so that all food scraps can go to the chickens and not be wasted, or attract flies, skunks and bears to the garbage cans. Recycling is strongly encouraged. Trash is the last resort. Manure is composted to use in our garden, and natural pest control methods are used.
